Finally, Google has launched its Android One in India, declaring three new and different smart-phones from popular manufacturers like karbonn, Micromax and Spice Mobile. Last week, the company launched three Android One smart-phones that will go on sale for 6,399 INR.

Android One is one the biggest deals for Google as Sundar Pichai, the most powerful man in the phone industry, flew down to New Delhi for the event. Google and its hardware partners - Micromax, Spice and Karbonn -- on Monday launched three Android One phones. For Google, Android One is a big deal.

In fact it is so important that Sundar Pichai, arguably the most powerful man in the phone industry and one of the most influential Google executives, flew down from his Mountain View office to New Delhi for the event.


The upcoming three smart-phones expected to be come with exclusive features and decent specs as compared to the smart-phones that 70% of Indian people are using. To make the update smoother, Google will work extremely hard on the hardware/software control.

As we said that approximately 70% of the people use featured phones in spite of having a very disposable income for a smart-phone; therefore, Google has planned Android One smart-phone for the Indian market.

The company is also hoping that Android One phones will surely lure the attention of Indian users. Moreover, it is also hoped that Android will constantly grow in the Indian market and will allow users to have a feature-rich smart-phone at budgeted cost. However, Apple has no market share in India and that is same with Microsoft’s Windows Phone.

A head of Chrome and Android Sundar Pichai said, “They will look to expand into The Philippines and Indonesia before the end of 2015, jumping into two markets with over 400 million potential customers.”

Online dealers like Amazon, Flipkart and Snapdeal are going to begin the sales of these three smart-phones by December month. Further, Google is also looking forward to plan a big advertising campaign in India for its coming Android One.

Step #7: From your app folder, run Heimdall-frontend app. Step #8: Select “Flash” then “Browse” and select the file “s3pit.pit” in from the folder where you’ve unzipped the GalaxyS3RootMac.zip file. Step #9: Click on “Add”, then change Partition Name into “RECOVERY”. Then select “Browse” and select the file“recovery.img” from folder the same folder “GalaxyS3RootMac.zip”. Step #10: Click on Start button to start rooting. If you face errors on Heimdall and Kies is installed, try this terminal to fix errors: sudo kextunload -b com.devguru.driver.SamsungComposite sudo kextunload -b com.devguru.driver.SamsungACMData sudo kextunload -b com.devguru.driver.SamsungACMControl Step #11: Now transfer CWM-SuperSU-v0.87.zip file to your Galaxy S3 that have in GalaxyS3RootMac folder. Step #12: Turn off your Galaxy S3. Step #13: Reboot your Galaxy S3 into Clockwork Mod Recovery by holding down volume up, home and power buttons. Step #14: Once you’re in recovery mode, select “Install Zip from SD Card” then “Choose Zip from SD Card” and locate the downloaded CWM-SuperSU-v0.87.zip file that you’ve transferred in above step and confirm installation. Step #15: Once the installation is completed, select “Go Back” after that select “Reboot System Now” to reboot the phone. That’s it, your phone is rooted now with ClockworkMod Recovery installed, enjoy! Now you can install any root-required app on your phone.

Step #8: Click on PDA Button and locate I9305_CWM_Recovery.tar.md5 that you downloaded in the first step (Note: Don’t make any change, just make sure that re-partition is unchecked).

Click on Start button to start installation, once the installation done, your device will reboot itself and you’ll see message saying PASS (Note: If Odin refuse to install the update and show message FAIL, or get stuck, close the Odin and unplug device, then pull out battery from the device for a few
