How to Fix iPhone 4S Wi-Fi solution

A common problem in the iPhone 4S, sometimes the Wi-Fi button will be unclickable.This problem seems to be related to thermal shock and  any  high voltage  ao  any other  types  of  issue.we   have some  tipes  please  follow  the  intruction.

1==open  your  phone  and  check  strength  of  wifi .
2==then opens  your  hardware  and ck  down  parts  of  mother  boards

Image 1/3: When reinstalling the pressure contact, be sure to clean it with a degreaser such as windex or isopropyl alcohol. The oils on your fingers have the potential to create wireless interference.
Image 1/1: Remove the logic board.

Image 1/3: Now we can see the Murata SS1830010 chip.

  • 1==Remove the adhesive protection on the Wi-Fi/bluetooth chip.
  • 2==Now we can see the Murata SS1830010 chip.
  • 3==Put the logic board in a PCB holder or small vise, to safely hold it while reflowing (it's going to get hot!).
  • 4==Protect the logic board with Kapton tape that has good insulating and temperature characteristics (temperature range: −269 to +400 °C).
  • 5=5Now we need a hot air rework station with a small nozzle:

  • 6=Edit: the correct temperature is almost 180-200 °C because around the chip there is a little black protection that can go under the chip.
  • 7=Set a low air flow: 1 or 2 (on a 1 to 7 scale).
  • 8=Now, doing circular movement, you have to reflow for 4-5 minutes.
  • 9=Be careful to reflow only the Wi-Fi chip and not any of the surrounding ICs or circuits.
  • 10=After 5 minutes, gradually decrease the temperature from 200 to 0 °C.

11=finally  ut  working
thank  for  visiting  .for  other  problems   on  your  device  please   cntact  us .thank you
